By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable; nothing here is intended to surprise you.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to purchase. You are responsible for activity under your account, and should tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
Pricing and forecasts
Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. We publish confidence bands and suppress predictions we do not trust, but market prices can move for reasons no model anticipates. Purchase decisions remain yours.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If a product is mispriced through obvious error we may cancel and refund in full rather than fulfil, and we will always tell you why.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or subscription period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
