Shipping Policy
Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes. Every parcel ships carbon-neutral with tracking issued at label creation.
Rates and speed
Standard shipping is $9 and takes 3–5 business days, free on orders over $150. Express is $24 and takes 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery is available in San Francisco, New York and London for $39 on orders placed before 11am local time.
Processing
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are picked the same day. Anything after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, moves to the next business day.
International
We ship to 42 countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so nothing is owed on delivery, and the amount is itemised on your invoice.
Lost or damaged parcels
Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we replace or refund immediately, then handle the carrier claim ourselves. You are never asked to chase a courier on our behalf.
