Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PricePilotAI collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have. We do not sell personal data — our revenue comes from subscriptions and product margin.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, shipping address), order history, the products you track, and technical data such as device type and approximate region derived from your IP address. If you use the AI composer we store your queries so the assistant can improve its answers for you.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, to send the price alerts you asked for, to personalise recommendations, and to detect fraud. Aggregated, non-identifying demand signals may be shared with retail partners; individual behaviour never is.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of account closure, or immediately on request where the law allows.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from account settings, or by emailing privacy@pricepilot.ai. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a request.
